Danske Bank has apologised tonight after a number of its services were shut down because of technical glitches.
ATMs, online and mobile banking, as well as the Danske website and payment systems have all been affected.
Bank customers are being advised to expect difficulties tonight in some – but not all areas – but work is ongoing to remedy the issue.
Danske Bank cards can still be used on other ATMs which do not belong to the bank.
The bank has issued a statement which confirms: “We are working hard to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible and apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused.”
