Update on missing Co Armagh woman Siobhan Owens

Siobhan was last seen on Saturday evening

The family of a missing county Armagh woman are continuing their search tonight.

Siobhan Owens was last seen in Lurgan on Saturday evening around 7.30pm.

Police issued an appeal last night on behalf of very concerned family members.

They believe she may be in her car, a silver Peugeot 1007 (pictured), registration SLZ8853.

And tonight, there is a belief that Siobhan may have crossed the border.

It is understood she was last spotted on CCTV on the M1 heading south at around 2.10am, in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Friends and family are continuing their appeals to help get Siobhan back home safely.

Sister Teresa Owens, posting under an online appeal, said: “Everyone please keep sharing this, this is my sister, we are all worried sick, this isn’t a case that she needs some space it’s a serious situation we need all your help please keep sharing.”

“If you see her, or the vehicle, or know where she is, please phone us immediately on 101. The incident number is 799 of today, 23/07/17.”
