Thieves make up with £5,000 worth of tools from van parked in Armagh

Callous thieves made off with around £5,000 worth of tools from a van in Armagh over the weekend.

The van had been parked in the Christian Brothers Primary School on the Keady Road.

The theft is believed to have happened on Saturday evening (November 30) between 6.30 and 8.30pm.

Police are appealing for information in catching the perpetrators.

A Stihl Strimmer with three attachment heads, a con saw, two chainsaws, drills, laser level and other items were taken.
