Nine new homes in a highly sought after Armagh city housing development have been released by CPS Property.
The properties have been released as part of Phase Three of the Cavanacaw Grange development just off the Newry Road.
Three of the popular homes have already had a sale agreed, unsurprising given that Phase Two sold out within four hours of going on the market.
The latest Phase is offering three detached and six semi-detached homes, finished to a high turnkey specification.
Show house details are due to be released soon.
Ryan Molloy, of CPS Property in Armagh, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer these fine properties in a great location, this particular phase is overlooking open space ‘The Communal Green’ which is rare in modern developments.”
