Two vehicles stolen during Newtownhamilton creeper burglary

Police in Newtownhamilton are appealing for information following a recent creeper burglary.

Constable Michael Finucane explained: “Around 2am on Friday, 17 April, entry was gained to a house on Dundalk Road, Newtownhamilton, and the keys to two vehicles taken.

“A sky blue coloured Volkswagen Passat reg FW12BCF and a white Vokswagen Caddy van reg BK08ODZ, containing a significant quantity of tools and materials, were subsequently stolen.

“We would like to hear from anyone who observed these vehicles or has information about their theft or whereabouts. We can be contacted in Newtownhamilton on 101, quoting ref: 155 170415.”
