Two houses burgled in Lurgan as owners were out

Detectives in Lurgan are appealing for information following two burglaries in Union Street.

Sometime between 9am and 5pm on Thursday, 23 July, entry was gained to two houses in Union Street.

Both homes were searched and a sum of cash was taken from one of the houses.

Both houses were unoccupied at the time of the burglaries.

Detective Constable Paul Murphy said: “We would like to hear from anyone who noticed any activity around this area during these times or anyone who has information which may assist our investigation. We can be contacted in Lurgan on 101, quoting ref: 852 230715.”
