A huge fire has broken out in the Mourne Mountains this evening (Sunday).
Firefighters and other emergency crews are tackling the blaze at Tollymore Forest in Newcastle.
Police are asking members of the public to avoid the Tullybrannigan Road and Bonny’s Caravan Park.
Anyone already at the caravan park should leave immediately, they have warned.
One eye-witness told Belfast Live: “We are in the caravan site it’s packed with families down for Easter.
“There are several fire engines and off road vehicles, it seems to be spreading rapidly.
