Police appeal after Armagh car theft

POLICE in Armagh are appealing for information following the theft of a car from a filling station on Cathedral Road.

A male parked his silver Ford Fiesta in the forecourt between 10.30pm and 10.45pm on Friday, 4 April and entered the shop.

Another male, aged in his mid 30s and with short grey hair, entered the shop shortly after. He was wearing blue jeans and a black, long sleeved top. He left the shop straight away and got into the driver’s seat of the vehicle and drop off.

The car was found abandoned a short time later in Cathedral Mews.

Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the car being taken or abandoned to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
