The men, two aged 38 and another aged 36, were arrested in suspicion of fraud after patrol police observed the men acting suspiciously at a filling station on Newry Road.

Officers stopped a white Ford Transit van at 2.15am on Monday and found they had purchased a considerable amount of fuel with a credit card in a woman’s name.

Over 500 litres of fuel were found in the van.
