Man ‘exposed himself to young boy’

POLICE are investigating reports that a man exposed himself to a young boy in Lurgan.

The incident happened in the Glenview Drive/Glenwood Park area shortly after 5.30pm last Friday, August 9.

And, launching an appeal for help in tracking the culprit, police today (Wednesday) issued a description of the man they are hunting.

The man, who had been on a bicycle when he stopped near the child, was described as being in his mid-thirties, of average build and under six feet tall with short dark hair and wearing a red coloured T-shirt. He also wore glasses.

Police would ask if anyone noticed a man matching this description in the area or who has any information to contact them at Lurgan on 0845 600 8000. Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111
