The 26-year-old, of Island View, is charged with possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply, possession of a Class B controlled drug, five counts of offering to supply a Class B controlled drug and two counts of being concerned in supply of a Class A drug.

As the charges were read, the court heard that the offences were alleged to have occurred between July 27, 2020, and April 22, 2021.

Dolan made no objection to the holding of a preliminary enquiry.
