Hunt for second attacker after man (22) left with facial injuries

Police in Lurgan are appealing for  information following an assault in William Street on Sunday morning, May 4.
Around 1.10am a 20-year-old man was assaulted by two other men outside licensed premises. He sustained facial injuries which required medical treatment.
A 22-year-old male was arrested and later released pending report to the PPS.
Police are keen to identify the second assailant, who is described as being in his mid to late 20s, of slim build with short, brown hair and was wearing a red checked shirt. He made off up William Street towards the town centre.
Police are appealing to anyone who  witnessed the assault or has information in relation to this incident to  contact them in Lurgan on the 101 non-emergency number, quoting ref: 97040515.  If you prefer to provide information without giving your details you can contact  the independent Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555  111.
