Detectives from the Terrorism Investigation Unit have charged a 45-year-old man under the Charities (Northern Ireland) Act 2008.
He has also been reported for a number of theft, fraud and perjury offences which relate to the same investigation.
He is expected to appear before Craigavon Magistrates Court on 26th June 2019.
As is normal procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
