Car damaged in Armagh city

Police in Armagh are appealing for information following an incident of criminal damage.

Some time between 10pm on Thursday, 25 April and 8.50am on Friday, 26 April, the windscreen of a green Vauxhall Vectra, parked in Railway Street, was damaged.

Police are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to this incident to contact them in Armagh on the 101 non-emergency number, quoting ref: 955260414.

Meanwhile, police in Armagh are also appealing for information following the theft of a handbag from a car.

Some time between 7.05pm and 7.15pm on Friday, 18 April the driver’s side window of a Renault Megane Dynamique was smashed and a handbag taken. The car was parked in a car park at Mullabrack Parish Church, Mullabrack Road, Markethill.

Police are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to the theft to contact them in Armagh on the 101 non-emergency number, quoting ref: 1183180414.

The public are also reminded to remove all valuables from their car when it is unattended.
