Bedrooms ransacked in county Armagh burglary

Police in Portadown are appealing for information following a burglary.

Sometime between 11am and 10pm on Friday, 30 January, entry was gained to a house in Ballyhannon Grove.

A number of bedrooms were ransacked and a quantity of jewellery taken.

The jewellery included a 9ct gold Albert Chain bracelet with a safety chain padlock, a 9ct gold Belcher chain necklace T Bar with a blood stone fob, a 9ct gold fancy link chain necklace, a 9ct gold locket on a gold chain, a Maurice Lacroix watch and white gold earrings with a small diamond in the middle.

Sergeant Barbara McNally said: “We would like to hear from anyone who has information in relation to this burglary or the whereabouts of the jewellery. We can be contacted in Portadown on 101, quoting ref: 1210300115.”
