Trailer advertising cosmetic products stolen from A1 layby

Police are appealing for information after a report of theft at the Old Newry Road, Banbridge area.

Constable Moore said: “Sometime between Monday, November 26 and Friday, November 30, it was reported that an advertising trailer was stolen from a layby off the A1 Southbound area.

The trailer, which advertised cosmetic products had no lights and a puncture to one of the tyres.

The trailer is believed to be 22ft long and 10ft high.

“Enquiries are continuing and we are appealing to anyone with any information to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 1006 30/11/18.

“Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.”
