Petrol bomb thrown through living room window of Banbridge flat

Detectives are investigating following the report of an arson incident at a property in the Millmount Court area of Banbridge in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday, May 25th).

It was reported to police sometime between 12:30am and 12:45 am that a window was smashed at a property a petrol bomb was thrown in to the living room of the flat, causing minor scorch damage.

Enquiries are continuing to establishment the circumstances surrounding these incidents and we would appeal to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area at the time of the incident, should contact police on 101 and quote reference number 54 25/05/21.
