There are reports of a significant oil spill on the main Newtownhamilton Road outside Armagh city.
A number of motorists have contacted Armagh i to warn of the spillage which stretches from as far back as Ballymacnab Chapel, right through to the Rock Road in Armagh.
One reader said she lost control of her car this morning, close to St Patrick’s Church in Ballymacnab. Fortunately for her no other car was passing at the time.
Motorists are being advised to exercise caution on that particular stretch of road this morning.
