Man (36) arrested after two-car collision on Moy Road

He has been released on bail pending further enquiries

The Armagh Road has reopened after a two vehicle collision on New Year’s Day.

A 36-year-old man was arrested in relation to the incident.

He has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Two people were taken to hospital by ambulance after the collision, which police had described as serious.

It happened close to T-Met, on the main Armagh Road, near Moy.

NI Ambulance Service and Air Ambulance attended the scene.

The road remained close and two people were conveyed to Craigavon Area Hospital.

Diversions were in place and the area has now been cleared.

Police said there were no reports of serious injuries.
