Burglars ransack rooms during overnight burglary at Armagh business premises

Police are appealing for information after an overnight burglary at business premises in Armagh.

It happened in the Friary Road area of the city.

Sometime between 6.30pm on Wednesday evening and 7.30am this morning (Thursday), July 11, it was reported entry had been gained to the premises.

Constable Slevin said: “A number of rooms inside were ransacked and a number of items were taken during the incident.

“Enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone with any information to contact police in Armagh on 101, quoting reference number 382 11/7/19.

“Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.”
