Van Sales Driver – Armagh

Key Responsibilities

· Establish effective customer relationships by providing an efficient and reliable service

· Grow and develop new business

· Ensure that adequate supplies of stock are always available

· Check stock ordered and load the van every morning

· Liaise with depot management on sales opportunities

· Control “Sale or Return” and other non-sales items within agreed limits

· Report competitor activity to Team Lead

· Complete all necessary paperwork to the agreed standard

· Account for all money and stock in your possession

· Adhere to the company’s health, safety and food hygiene requirements

· Maintain the company van in a clean, tidy and road-worthy condition


· Minimum 2 years’ experience of van sales in an FMCG environment

· Excellent oral and written English language skills

· Experience with hand-held technology

· A full clean driver’s licence

· Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide marketplace feedback regularly to Team Lead

· Must be flexible around working times

· Ability to work to tight deadlines

· First class customer service

· Cat C License

· CPC and Digi tacho card – Need to be in date.
