Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy team ASAP.

Based in Armagh, this established financial planners requires an Office and Sales Administrator to join their busy and friendly team. You will be responsible for general administration to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office.

You will need to be computer literate in Microsoft office applications.

Duties

– Manage incoming and outgoing mail / email

– Populate and circulate weekly management diary

– Manage office supplies

– Appointment setting

Whilst not essential, we would like to attract those familiar with social media experience in a small business setting.

Ideal applicants will have good administration experience coupled with sales administration and / or data processing experience within a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and good administration skills. You will also possess excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise duties.
